If you directly want to take admission in the CSE department in any college. You can apply for a management quota from the official website. And also you can seat by paying a donation to the university or college. If you are very much interested in that university.

You can study in India in a reputed university for lot less than 15 lacs. Try ITM university Raipur, they have a lots of different programs. DVD.
