The dates are not out yet but generally the entrance exam takes place in the month of May.

There is no such minimum score required, anyhow you have to appeae for entrance test. Also, few institutes look for 12th Marks, generally 50% or 55% is acceptable.

Placement wise, Regional College is a good option. Last year, the for the Bangalore branch of Regional was 7 LPA. I don't know about the Bhubaneshwar campus, but Bangalore campus is good.
