All of the above-mentioned colleges are excellent. There are different parameters for ranking. One is good for placements while another for curriculum. About CGC Landran, we can say that it is one of the best colleges in India, which provides excellent placement offers. It also has lucrative student exchange offers and industrial collaborations. Furthermore, the college provides incubation funds to forthcoming entrepreneurs.

Yes, you get good education and even placements are good with decent packages, if you don't get in any of the top institutes it's good to go for Thapar Institute.
