Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology provides the best placement for its students. The average package of TIET is approximately 6 Lacs per annum with 95% placements including chemical & civil branches. Usually the renowned companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon etc. Visit the campus. So

The placement scenario has improved from the last year. The salary package offered has also increased compared to last time. I heard that the highest package offered this year was 50 LPA. The average salary packages are better than many other colleges.
