If you're considering engineering, Thapar is worth looking at because it has a long-established reputation in the field, a strong alumni base, and good industry exposure. The campus is also quite active, with plenty of clubs, projects and internship opportunities. I'd especially consider it for CSE and related branches, but your branch and fees should still be the deciding factors.

If you have CSE at both, I'd pick Thapar. Chitkara is a decent option, especially if fees are a big factor, but Thapar has the stronger engineering reputation and overall peer group. If the fee difference isn't a major issue for you, I'd go with Thapar.

- MBA at University Business School (UBS), Panjab University Regional Centre, Ludhiana, where GD & PI are also conducted.
So, if you're asking about BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, etc., GD is generally not the standard admission process it depends on the specific programme and its admission notice. You can check the official Panjab University admission notices fo

Thapar stands out because of its strong research culture, modern labs, funded projects, and active Chemistry & Biochemistry department with significant research output and infrastructure. VIT is also a good option with decent academics and research opportunities, but for pure Chemistry, I feel Thapar has a slight edge in terms of research environment and faculty focus. So, if you have all three options available, I'd personally choose Thapar for M.Sc. Chemistry. It offers a strong academic environment, good exposure, and better research opportunities.
