GD: Generally the trend is to have discussions on current topics, which may be legal, finance related, or social issues. In other words, you may prepare by reading newspapers and competitive magazine to study the trend of topics in news. Again, GD/Essay/GK, there is no defined area of preparation, but general awareness helps.
My experience: This is in May 2009 when I had my GD. We were a group of 7 and an old man as our moderator. The topic of discussion was "Sub-Prime Crisis in USA and how has it affected India" (If you remember this was a hot topic in 2008 onwards for a long time). Yes, you can surely get admission in Sinhagad. Placement records are fine and the package may range from 3-4 LPA. But you can try for more better colleges than this.

Well, first cut-off list will be available online, you can find it anywhere and that is a good score, you can definitely get admission through CAP round and the second thing is you have to pick your subject by the end of your 2nd semester. You can select marketing, finance, and in your case human resource, etc. So, for now, you just have to focus on the CAP round. There will be 3 rounds. For that, you have to file up your documents and be ready.

IBS, Hyderabad provides general administration courses in marketing, finance, operations & HR. If you are very keen on taking up agriculture business and then IBS, Hyderabad would not be the right choice for you. You can take up SIIB as it has good exposure & good competition.
