Yes, the SIMC Pune MBA course has seat reservations. The institute follows a seats reservation policy as per the Symbiosis International Deemed University. The institute reserves 25% of seats for the students who have been residents of Nagpur for more than five years. The seats are reserved for SC, ST, PwD, defense, Kashmiri migrants, and international students.

No, there is no way possible to get the SIMC Pune MBA programme directly. The institute accepts marks of the SNAP test as per the cutoff. Students are required to apply for SNAP and appear for the exam to become eligible for the course. Once the result is declared for this entrance test, the university shortlists students for the next round. It is mandatory for each shortlisted student to appear in this round. The final merit list is being prepared based on the last round.

To get a seat in the SIMC Pune MBA programme students must meet the eligibility criteria of the course. Students must have a graduate degree in any stream with 50% marks. For the further admission process, candidates have to appear in the SNAP test. The application form for the MBA course is only open for those who register themselves for SNAP. Once the SNAP exam is done, the institute declares the names of students shortlisted for the GE/PI round. After that the institute releases a final merit list for the selected students. Candidates need to pay the prescribed fee and confirm the candidature.

The SIMC Pune MBA basic eligibility is to be graduated with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for SC/ST). If the candidates fulfill this requirement, then they have to register themselves for the SNAP test. Students can apply for the course only after registering for SNAP. SNAP is another eligibility requirement for the MBA course. Those who clear the SNAP test will be sent for the further process of admission to the SIMC Pune MBA programme.
