No, you cannot get admission to the College of Engineering and Technology, Bikaner, on the basis of the previous year's MH-CET score. This college is in Bikaner, Rajasthan, and admits students to the B.Tech course on the basis of the Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP). The MH-CET is a state exam for Maharashtra state, and it won't be accepted in Rajasthan colleges. Therefore, if you want to get admission to COET, Bikaner, you have to appear in the REAP 2023. In addition, previous year's MH-CET results will not be accepted in Maharashtra colleges. You must take the entrance exam in the same year in which you wish to be admit

RTU, Kota is Technical University of Rajasthan on state level. And the cuttoff is 63720 and many more Students from RBSE or any other affiliated boards can apply and cutoff would not matter too much. Their are N numbers of college who gives direct admission affiliated to RTU, Kota. But yet if you would be planning for engineering, its better to drop very next year and go for the best. Nevertheless if aiming for RTU, Kota the go with brands like SKIT or any other private college with better Placement Cells.

We are yet to discover this.
I don't know the exact answer you are looking for.But I can tell you that cut off for CSE and IT is a combination of 12th percentage+your entrance exam score.
You never gets to know what score you made.
There's criteria of preferences which you fill during your admission form, and on the basis of your merit, and availability of seats you are called for counseling session.
But there are many seats for CS and IT.
In my batch there were 116 IT and 266 CS students.
Make a good percentage in 12th and appear in entrance exam well(don't worry much about it,you can get the sample papers from website itself).

Looking at the recent cutoff trends a percentile of 98 would be a safe score for CSE at INMIIT. The real cutoff may vary either increasing or decreasing in 5000 AIR , but a 98 percentile can be a very good estimate for lNMIIT CSE.

(HIGHEST CUTOFF)
FOR CS is 98.8 PERCENTILE
(LOWEST CUTOFF)
FOR MECH is 95 PERCENTILE
IT IS ROUND 1 CUTOFF SO YOU CAN EXPECT A DECLINE OF 3 to 4 PERCENTILE BY END OF ALL ROUNDS
THERE ARE ALSO 5 YEAR COURSES WHICH HAS MORE LOW CUTOFF ALL ABOVE ARE 4 YRS COURSES

B.A. LL.B. Is a professional course and also a 5 year long. So, on campus degree is a better option. But there are many colleges in India that offer distance education such as IGNOU ILS and many more.

The cutoff of this college is way too high and is about 95 percentile, if you apply from EWS category and there is no other student in EWS category who scored higher than you, you might get selected but if anyone has scored higher than you and belongs in the same category, you will not get selected.
