BITS Pilani provides direct admission to the top rank students of all the central and state board, regardless to their Bitsat score. This is not a scheme applicable to rank till 10; but is contained particularly in the Science stream that is (PCM or PCB) where the topper is alone. Under the situation that there are more than four first rank holders in a board, there is a tie-breaking procedure applied by BITS and it will accept a maximum of four candidates. There are also minimum eligibility conditions, i.e. the aggregate you should have in PCM/PCB should be 75% and in each subject 60% is the minimum.
