Not surely best but ICRI-Jaipur National University in one of the reputed institutions inn jaipur which has various industry partnerships which helps students in hand on training, placements, very supportive and uundestanding faculty members and very fascinatig infrastructure

BITS Pilani Goa admission to the ME course is entrance-based. The institute accepts multiple entrance exams including GATE, and GPAT.
