JNU BTech admission is purely merit based and requires you to crack the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main. After you receive your JEE Main rank, you would need to participate in the JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) counselling. During this time, JNU will release specific cutoff ranks for each engineering branch. If you get the desired rank, you will be offered a seat. It is a highly competitive process.
