Yes, BIT Jaipur provides a wide range of placement opportunities which I had seen in the past year whereas VIT is not providing such placements and average package at BIT is approximately INR 12 LPA. If you choose to pursue BTech at BIT Jaipur, you will be in luck, as the placements provided at the institute are very good with the majority of students getting placed annually.

Yes, you can. Admission to B.E CSE at MBM Engineering College is not done based on the scores obtained in any entrance exam.
