Jagannath University Jaipur offers entrance-based admission. To be eligible for admission candidates, must fulfill the eligibility criteria to get admission. For instance, UG candidates must have completed their Class 12 and PG applicants must have a UG degree. Additionaly, candidates must apply and appear for the entrance exam accepted by the university.

The cutoff rank required for the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) programme at the LNM Institute of Information Technology (LNMIIT) in Jaipur:
- In 2023, the cutoff rank for the CSE programme at LNMIIT was around 40,000 JEE Main rank.
- The cutoff is expected to increase to around 50,000 JEE Main rank for the 2024 batch.
- To be eligible for admission in the first semester, candidates need to have a JEE (Advanced) All India Rank up to 12,000. For admission from the second semester onwards, the JEE (Advanced) AIR cutoff is higher.
