For admission into the University of the Pacific, you need to consider your GPA, test scores like the SAT & ACT, and the application process requirements. According to a source, you need a GPA of 3.52 to take admission at the University of the Pacific.The GPA is considered as a critical factor by the officials during admission. Apart from this, you will also be required to look at your SAT & ACT scores. An SAT score of 1210 or above will increase your chances of admission, as per various online sources. The University of the Pacific is not an Ivy League school. It does not come as a surprise that it is confused as one. It is one of the most well-known schools in the West & buildings of the campus are covered in Ivy. The Gothic architecture of buildings are very similar to the Ivy League schools on the East coast.

No, Anand International College of Engineering focuses on the Engineer courses they don't offer MCA. However, some of the courses offered by the college are:

Yes, you can get admission in B.Tech in AI and ML having 303414 rank in JEE Mains in general category because the closing rank is 320141 and you can get better future because the placements are very good.General Category candidates need to score a minimum of 95 percentile score to get NITs. For reserved category candidates, the 80 percentile score is enough to get NITs.
