I am not an agent. MBBS in Russia is not a very good option as in Russian university, bilingual language system is followed. It means, you will be taught in Russian plus English so there will be language problem.
Another thing is you need to clear MCI screening test to practice in India and if you study in bilingual language than you will face a lot problem to clear it and if you don't clear you can not become doctor in India in Russia only one university that is Smolensk state medical university is good rest all are not good.
In my recommendation, you should do MBBS from Bukovinian State Medical University, Ukraine as it

To pursue MBBS in Canada or Australia first you need to enroll for a pre medical program of 2 to 3 years then appear for entrance exam like MCAT in Canada to get selected for a medical program. It is extremely challenging to get a seat in the medical course in countries like USA, Canada Australia, New Zealand. Approximate expense is close to 1 crore.
Admissions to Singapore are on basis of entrance exams as well. You also need to appear for TOEFL, SAT, BMAT. For Singapore there is no pre medical required. Though selection is on basis of merit. Approximate expense 70 lacs.

Some of the leading ones are Russian National Medical University, Moscow, First Moscow State Medical University, Moscow, Dagestan State Medical University.
Ensure that you choose a university listed with MCI and WHO. Submit the MCI form to get acknowledgement before leaving the country.

Orenburg university does offer English Medium though there are many other universities which have more experience in teaching international students in English.
You need to be aware that in Russia you will be taught Russian language along with your medical curriculum in English. It is mandatory.
