IBS-Hyderabad is one of the top colleges. Personally, the experience was great and there was a lot to learn everyday.
The cut-off would be an average of the entrance exam and GD-PI which has to be 80% and above in case you write IBSAT exam.

You didn't mention the category. However, for open category, female, it's 2130 and for other categories like BC-A Female- 6430, BC-B- 5197, BC-D 3286, BC-E-7003, SC-6511, ST-8016. However, this information regarding ranks is applicable only to females.

Yes, you can get admission with your rank in Mahatma Gandhi College but not in Osmania University.

PS: The website mentions TS LAWCET cut-off for each category in every participating college of the Telangana State Law Entrance Exam.

The cut-off for Sultan-Ul-Uloom College, Hyderabad 2017 was
