Hi Somesh,
IBS is slightly better than Welingkar as it provides better placements and campus life (Welingkar has no hostel). Whereas, Welingkar provides better industry exposure (Being located in Mumbai).

As nowadays PGDM is a successful course for HR the placements in ISB&M, Pune has been pretty good and faculty is well qualified and experienced so you can go with it.

ISBM is a decent institute and the highest package offered is Rs.12 LPA. The campus is good.
