KL University Hyderabad offers seats in BTech course based on scores of candidates in JEE Main/ JEE Advanced/ state-level Engineering entrance exams and merit in sports/ cultural activities/ Uni-GAUGE. Aspirants can also appear for KLEEE conducted by deemed-to-be university for admission.

KL University Hyderabad does considers JEE Main score for admission in BTech. However, it is not compulsory. Aspirants with scores in JEE Advanced, Uni-Gauge or state-level Engineering entrance exams and merit in sports/ cultural activities can also get admission. Candidates can also appear for KLEEE conducted by KL University Hyderabad.

As per the 2024-25 KL University Hyderabad placement report, the highest CTC offered to BTech students was INR 95 LPA. The average CTC stood at INR 11 LPA.

For admission at Ashoka Institute of Engineering and Technology, you need to pass 10+2 with minimum 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST category candidates) with mandatory subjects like Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry, Biology or technical vocational subjects depending on the specific branch you want to get into.

College offers good placement records for IT/CSE and core branches, lively campus environment, and close proximity to Hyderabad's tech corridors.

College is very focused on academics, strong project-based learning. It is well-equipped laboratories.College has a decent campus culture.

It is a decent option, if your rank is around  15,001–25,000 in EAMCET.

Students get a vibrant campus life with solid corporate connections.The college has higher median package for engineering graduates compared to Anurag University.The class sizes for CSE/Data Science are large and slightly lower median placement packages than IARE.Generally,   MLRIT and IARE are better in overall placement consistency.

The IIT Hyderabad CSE average package for 2026 has not been released yet, However, the overall average package recorded during IIT Hyderabad placements stood at INR 30 LPA
