The faculty of Adithya Institue of technology-AIET can be considered good.  They are supportive at the time of academics and placement. The way of teaching is good. The colege has been ranked 3.6 out of for its faculty and course curriculum. Most of them hold a masters or PhD in their field.

Adithya Institute of Technology - AIET alumni are working in IT companies like IBM, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, IBM, Accenture, etc. Few of them started their own startup. Some of them have gone for higher studies or for government jobs. The highest package offered at the college is INR 10 LPA.

It depends on the course in which the student is interested. Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Institute of Management and Technology offers MSc, MCom, MA, and MBA courses. Admissions for the MBA courses are done based on the scores obtained in the TSICET. The registrations for the exam generally open in the month of March and are currently closed. Admission to all other courses at the college is not based on scores obtained in any entrance exam and is currently open.
