Dr BR Ambedkar Open University admit candidates to MBA programme on the basis of merit in ICET (Integrated Common Entrance Test conducted by Telangana and Andhra Pradesh States. The open university does not accept past year score. Thus, ICET rank obtained in an academic year is valid for admission in the respective admission year only.

Yes, BRAOU Hyderabad offer Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) programmes. The open university offer the PG-level course for both fresh graduates and in-service candidates. Additionally, 50% of the seats allotted to each study centre are reserved for fresh graduates and rest 50% are for in-service candidates. BRAOU Hyderabad MBA admission is entrance-based.

Candidates seeking admission to Dr Br Ambedkar Open University MBA course must have passed graduation of a minimum of three years duration with at least 50% aggregate (45% for reserved category candidates).
