Government of Telangana provides financial assistance to economically underprivileged students.
- BTech first-year students receive a tuition fee of INR 10,000 and a special fee of INR 4,500 and II, III and IV year students receive a tuition fee of INR 10,000 and a special fee of INR 2,500 every academic year. In addition, all scholarship students receive a mess fee of INR 1,500 per nine months only.
- MTech regular students receive a tuition fee of INR 30,000 and self-financed students receive a tuition fee of INR 50,000 every academic year.

Sun International Institute of Tourism and Management Placements:
Almost 75% of the students got placed at SUN International Institute for Tourism and Management (SUN Beach Campus) in 2023, and the maximum number of students got recruited from the MBA course. The highest salary offered was about INR 1.6 Lacs per month. The college provides internships in hotels, finance organisations, banks, and IT companies with a performance-based stipend, and students have to submit the projects on time to the college. IBS Hyderabad has a high ranking according to NIRF as compared to IMT Hyderabad. The IBS Institute also has high rankings and reviews from students as compared to IMT Hyderabad. Though, the placement records and the placement rate of both colleges are nearly the same there are a large number of companies that visit IBS Hyderabad Institute as compared to IMT Hyderabad. The medium package offered by the institute is about INR 12 LPA and the highest Package offered by both the Institute is nearly INR 25 LPA. So, the Institute differs in their infrastructures, faculty, and rankings but both have the same placement record.

The IMT College, Hyderabad has a good placement record. The College provides in-campus placement as well and also provides ample internship opportunities for the students. The Placement rate of the college lies between 80-82%. The highest Placement was 25 LPA and the average Placement was 12 LPA. Institute of Management technology offers courses in various fields. The admission to the courses at IMT, Hyderabad is based on the scores of the exam accepted by the college or entrance exams of the college. The exam scores that are considered are CAT, CMAT, GMAT, and XAT and the students should also have done 10+2 with a minimum of 60% aggregate.

Yes, one can pursue two courses at the same time from the same University as per the new guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) one can pursue the same course from the same institute in the physical mode. One can pursue the UGC Course as a full-time course and one in open/distance learning as it does not require the equal effort it takes for the regular course. The dual programme course at the same time is not applicable for the students who want to pursue MPhil and Ph.D. programs.
