It's difficult to get into Sastra University with your ranks. In case if you have a chance you will get aerospace or bio engineering.

This year, because of marks given with no exams. Everyone aimed for sastra. So cse getting chances are less. But try up to last round

It's not possible to get CSE with your rank. May be you can have a chance to get mechanical, biotechnology or Aerospace.
