Yes, valid scores in IELTS exam is needed to get admission to OBU. Score between 6.0 - 7.0 is considered valid for admission.

Indian students with score above 60% in English for Class XII are also eligible for admissions. 
Students must note the requirements may vary for depending on the course they're applying for.

As per ratio of admissions to applications, Oxford Brookes University acceptance rate is around 31%. Since, stats are on lower end, we can conclude that university is very competitive to get into as it admits less than half of applicants. But students must not get discouraged and fulfill all Oxford Brookes Uni admission requirements, i.e. academic qualifications, standardized test scores, English language requirements as well as relevant documents to boost chances of getting admission in university. Also, students must apply to the university within the deadlines in order to get enrolled as a student.

Yes, students applying for UG courses must pay Oxford Brookes University application fee when applying through UCAS. For 2027, all UG students are required to pay GBP 34.50 (INR 4.3 K). Indian students can pay this amount through card. In case applicant's card is not registered for online payments, they will have to contact their bank to get their card registered.
