The duration of PG courses at University of St Andrews can based on the programme and the mode of study. The taught courses have a duration of one year of full-time study or two years of part-time study while research PG programs can take longer to complete.

For MS  (28 courses): the duration is 10 months-1 year

For M.A.  (48 courses): the duration is 1 year-2 years
