Getting part-time jobs while studying at Northwestern Michigan College is manageable. International students are allowed to work for 20 hours per week during the regular semester and up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks. Students need to notify the International Advisor and apply for the on-campus job opening with a resume and cover letters. To apply to the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, apply online through a common application. The application fee is $65 for the US Applicants and $85 for the International applicants. Submit a portfolio that gives them a sense of you, your interests, and your willingness to experiment, explore, and think beyond technical skills. The merit scholarship will also be granted based on the portfolio.
