Roger Williams University was founded in 1956 as a private university and is located in Bristol, Rhode Island that was established by Roger Williams himself. The university was first founded as a state charter in the same year and Roger Williams Junior College became a two-year and degree-granting institution. No, Touro University is not cheaper than Kansas State University as when we compare the cost of tuition and living between the two, we come to the following realisation: Touro University's cost of tuition is $57,810 or 52,50,000 INR per year, while the University of Kansas law school tuition is $24,174 or 22,50,000 INR per year which is significantly lesser than Tuoro University.
