  1. Yes the Eastern Illinois University does accept Duolingo as one of the english requirements. However the university also accepts TOEFL, IELTS as well. Below are the Eastern Illinois University requirements for international students:

Undergraduate requirements: 

  •  If international students opt not to submit their SAT/ACT scores thet must have a GPA of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale. However, if they have a GPA between 2.5 and 2.79, their applications will be reviewed individually by the office of admission to determine eligibility. 

  • If they choose to submit test scored and theyb should have a GPA od 2.5 on a scale of 5.0, along with SAT score of 960 or ran ACT score of 18 for admissions.

No the university dosn't take admission on rolling basis, however it is suggested to call the admission office of Eastern Illinois for admission related queries. However,  the university has distinct application deadlines for its Fall and Spring semesters. For the Fall 2026 semester, the deadline is May 30, 2026.

Yes, Portland State University requires freshman to reside in one of the university's residence halls during their first academic year if they fall in the criteria listed below:

  • Live more than 25 miles away from campus at the time of application;
  • Are under 20 years of age on the first day of the term; and
  • Enroll in 8 or more credits.

Students must note that the above mentioned is applicable for all the three intake seasons: Fall, Winter, and Spring.

For MS in Data Science course admission to TAMU, GRE is optional. To apply to this course, the applicants are required to have the following:

  • A bachelor’s degree with proper previous coursework in Maths, Statistics, some programming experience in at least one of the languages like R, Python, C+

However, students are required to sign an exclusivity agreement, which means they cannot hire the services of any other agent or consultant.
