Yes, it is important for Indian students to submit the CSS profile, supporting financial documentation and tax returns like the bank statements or income certificates. 

The CSS is the main application which can be filed via the college board and it also allows applicants to report income, expenses and assets.

No, Indian students would not necessarily be considered automatically for scholarships here. While there is no scholarship application form, the students should still submit a financial aid application.

For the students admitted,   Harvard University meets 100% of their demonstrated need scholarships. 

Mostly for UG courses, Stanford Uni do not need language proficiency scores. It is not a mandatory requirement. Students can send the test scores if they want to. English is a pre-requisite for studied at Stanford University. 

Stanford Uni meets the full financial need of the UG students. The tuition fee is covered for the students with family income under USD 150,000. Whereas, for students with tuition, room, and board, are covered for undergraduates with family incomes below USD 100,000. 

CSUEB offers conditional admission to UG programs to students who are academically qualified but have not met the English proficiency requirements at the time of application.

Indian students need to pay USD 110 (INR 10.2 K) in enrollment deposit at the CSU East Bay. The deposit covers the mandatory orientation for students at the university. Students cannot register for classes without paying the same.

Students can pay the deposit online via the student center.

MIT does not specifically ask for high school courses, but if you have a strong foundation in subjects like Calculus, it is great. 

And also it is expected of Indian students who are going to tackle the challenging MIT STEM curriculum. If you school does not offer Calculas, you can take up online courses to master fundamentals.
