CU Chicago MBA course is ACBSP accredited (Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs. There is no application fee for this course and no GRE is required for admission to this course. For admission to this course, Indian students should have a Bachelor's degree with a 2.85 or a Master's degree with 3.0 GPA or above.

Yes, the hard copy submissions for the official transcripts may be required at the later stage of the SUIE admissions.
For the initial stage and review, the applicants are required to upload the scanned copies of docs for getting their I 20 form processed.
Later, Indian applicants need to get their official transcripts be sent to the university in a sealed and stamped envelop by the university directly.

After successfully applying to Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, the international applicants generally receive the admission decisions via email and the SIUE admission portal.

Indian students can apply via the official portal of the university for the graduate programs and via the Common Application for the UG ones. Look at the guidelines for application given below -

Primarily, the STEM courses at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville are more competitive for Indian students than the other courses available here. However, the SIUE acceptance rate is really high, which is 97%.
Despite this admit rate, the Computer Science department can be considered highly competitive along with Engineering and Business courses.
To get into these more competitive programs, Indian students would be required to have a minimum GPA of 2.75 and a competitive GRE score of 150 in QR.

Yes, it is extremely important for Indian students to submit high quality LORs and personal statements for the competitive programs at SUIE.
Some of the most competitive programs are the Master of Science in Marketing or Engineering programs. This programme has an explicit admission requirement of at least 3 letters of recommendation.
A really good personal statement explaining an applicant's future career goals, why they are interested in this programme and why they are strong candidates.

The graduate courses at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville may have the different admission requirements as per the programs.
So yes, some programs at this university does require a strong professional experience. The SIUE courses like Educational Administration, will require at least two years of work experience.

Yes, the SUIE admission dates can vary a lot for the different graduation programs here. The popular SUIE courses such as Art Therapy Counselling, MS in Psychology may generally have an earlier admission deadline like Jan 15.
Some programs also have a rolling admissions policy. This would mean that the applications are reviwed as soon as they are received.
