The Lamar University website states that undergraduate applications normally take two to three weeks to process. The university will notify the applicant via email of any updates as soon as the application is processed. For their convenience, the applicant will receive an email informing them if any admissions documents are missing. Regarding the duration of processing for graduate applications, there is, however, no precise information available. For more information regarding the length of time it takes to process graduate applications, it is therefore advised to get in touch with the Lamar University admissions office immediately.

No, the University of South Florida (USF) and the University of Tampa are not the same university. The University of South Florida is a public research university with its main campus located in Tampa. Whereas, the University of Tampa is a private university with campus in Tampa. People confuse between them because both of them have their main campus in the same city i.e., Tampa.

As per a former student's opinion, the University of Tampa is a very interesting place to hang out in. Thereare various places to search for such as, Seminole Heights area has some pretty cool bars, local restaurants, and coffee shops. There are several great vegetarian/vegan eateries in that neighborhood too, and its close to UT —easy biking distance. You can also check out Meetup.com— Tampa has lots of great meetups, and more variety of meetups than even many bigger cities, like Seattle and D.C. I was part of an ASL meetup, a Young & Diverse Conversation meetup, and went to many great open-mic’s at coffee shops near
