Given below are few requiments to be eligible for University of Arkansas:

• All degree-seeking international students must present officially certified academic credentials, evidence of adequate financial support, and, for those applicants whose first language is not English, evidence of meeting the university’s English Language Proficiency requirement.
• TOEFL score of 550 and 79 for the TOEFL Internet based test.
• IELTS score of 3.5
• PTE score of 50.
• ACT English subscore of 19
•  SAT Evidence Based Reading and Writing subscore of 500 at the time of application.
• Presenting with at least 24 transferable credit hours from an accredited U.S. institution (or institution in a country where English is the native language) and completion of English Composition I and II with a grade of “C” or above.
• Demonstrating completion of grades 10-12 at a U.S. accredited high school .

Below are basic requirements for indian students taht can help them gain admissions to Ohio State University. Applicants must thoroughly follow the below mentioned requirements in order to get into the university:

• Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in English or a minimum of 40 quarter hours (27 semester hours) of English coursework from an accredited college or university.

• Course work in a second language is preferred (20 quarter hours or 15 semester hours) but not required.

• Applicants must have an undergraduate grade point average of at least 3.0 on a scale of 4 (where 4.0=A) and at least a 3.0 on all previous graduate work and a GPA of at least 3.4 overall and 3.6 in English courses (undergraduate or graduate)

• Applicants must also give an English Proficiency test of TOEFL with a minimum score of 79 out of 120. 

OR 

IELTS 7.0 on the IELTS Academic test or IELTS Indicator (6.5 for Moritz College of Law applicants)

GRE and GMAT are to be submitted if you don’t have the following:

 • your undergraduate or graduate cumulative GPA is below the minimum of 3.0 (B grade)

• you hold a degree from an unaccredited college or university

 • your graduate programme requires the scores

 • you are applying for funding consideration that requires these tests

• you wish to be considered for a fellowship.

However, applicants applying for master courses may require higher GPA, test scores, or additional documentation. You are encouraged to verify these requirements and also verify whether the GRE or GMAT is required. Students should contact their intended graduate programme directly for that information.
