Specifically, for MS in Mathematics course for George Mason University, GRE score is not required. However, apart from this, the applicants must meet all the graduate course requirements such as having a bachelor’s degree with minimum 3.0 GPA. The applicants are also required to submit 3 letters of recommendation.

Freshman students can apply to GMU via Common Application / Mason’s Exclusive online application. Whereas, graduate students of GMU have to apply via accessing the online application. The documents required to apply to GMU are:

  • Official copies of all secondary or high-school transcripts / degree certificates
  • Official results of any leaving certificate or university entrance exams
  • English language proficiency score
  • Copy of passport identification page
  • A Certificate of Financial Responsibility
  • Financial support documents
