There are a lot of things to do on weekends as a student at Michigan Technological University, including museums, historical sites, and lots of social opportunities. As long as you're at Michigan Tech, you should also check out the Outdoor Adventure Program across the highway from the Library. Summer and fall are amazing. The temperature is perfect to go on a long drive and explore copper mines, the biggest steam hoist in the world, mini beaches for a lazy afternoon etc.
