Yes, for all the undergraduate students it is mandatory for the first year students ti live on campus, for the transfer students housing is limited and fills up quickly and if they do not get to live on campus they will have to opt for the off-campus housing options. There is limited housing on-campus for graduate students and their families. The furniture for the housing can be rented by the graduate students till their time in Baylor. The furniture is provided by the First Baptist Church of Waco to the students.
