No, there is no quota for admission at University of Virginia, around 2/3 admissions are proposed for in-state and 2/3 are for out of state students. However, majorly in-state admits go higher than out of state at UVA. The students are admitted to the university as long as they qualify the minimum eligibility criteria of the university. The students must follow the application deadlines to be selected to the university. Late applications are not considered by the UVA.
