For Indian students, studying at Arizona State University (ASU) typically costs around $65,000 (?54-55 lakhs) per year, covering tuition, housing, meals, health insurance, books, and personal expenses. Tuition alone is about $37,000 annually. Costs vary based on lifestyle and accommodation choices. ASU offers merit-based scholarships like the New American University (NAMU) Scholarship, which can reduce fees by up to $16,000 per year. Health insurance is mandatory, and visa fees are additional. For precise estimates, ASU's Net Price Calculator can help. Need information on scholarships or admission?

Yes—on F1 visa, you may work on campus up to twenty hours/week during semesters, full time during breaks. Off-campus work requires CPT (curricular) or OPT (post completion) authorisation. RIT is co-op heavy, so CPT eligible co-ops are common and career transforming. Breaking the rules (unauthorised off-campus work) jeopardises status, so coordinate with RIT's International Student Services for every step. Pay can comfortably offset living expenses in Rochester if you land a good co? op.
