Yes. As per the official enrollment statistics, Rice University acceptance rate is just 8%, which makes it very difficult for students to get selected into the university. A low acceptance rate signifies that only a 8 students out of 100 students are accepted into the university. Students are suggested to apply as soon as possible to avoid last minute hassle. At the University of Iowa, SAT or ACT scores are not required from international applicants who completed secondary school outside the United States. However, SAT or ACT scores are required from first-year applicants who wish to be considered for academic scholarships, Direct Admission to the Tippie College of Business or for the University of Iowa Honors Program. Also, SAT and ACT scores can be used to satisfy Iowa’s English proficiency requirements.
