Wayland Baptist University Terra Scholarship is applicable for international Business students. It was established by Aubrey and Johnny Terra as a way to express their gratitude to God and to Wayland for their experiences. The scholarship assists the students with the tuition fee.

The Alumni Scholarships of Wayland Baptist University are available to students who have been referred to this university by an alumni (siblings, parents, and grandparents). This scholarship is known by the name Alumni Loyalty Scholarship. Details of this scholarship are:

• Students must be full-time, seeking to attend UG courses of this university
• Students must have a GPA of 2.5

Eligible applicants must submit the WBU scholarship application.  

After being admitted to the WBU Campus, the DSO of the university will email an i-20 document to the applicant along with additional instructions to get the visa from a U.S. Embassy. During the Visa appointment, students are expected to pay a SEVP fee of USD 350 and a visa application fee.

Wayland Baptist University accepts IELTS / PTE / TOEFL / Duolingo from UG applicants. Whereas, from PG applicants, this university accepts Duolingo / IELTS / TOEFL. The minimum scores required by international students for admission are:

WBU application fee is USD 35. This is equivalent to around INR 3,000. To submit the application to this university, the applicants can apply online only (by accessing the university's direct link). A few of the documents required to apply are:

Living Expenses: The living expenses for international students is estimated to be around USD 9,376 (Around INR 8 L) for the academic year 2024-25. Additionally, students have to pay the transportation and other expenses too.

Wayland Baptist University has 11 campuses in total. The main campus of this university is located in Plainview Texas. Other campuses of this university are: Wichita Falls, San Antonio, Lubbock, Amarillo in Texas; Phoenix and Sierra Vista in Arizona, and Mililani in Hawaii. The Plainview campus is a traditional, residential campus situated on 80 acres. Also, students at this university can take part in student organizations and athletics.
