Its goal is to provide a sense of community to the Indian graduate students who come to this university, and share the university's culture and traditions with everyone else interested in knowing a bit of India. It hosts events throughout the year such as Diwali and Holi. It also conducts casual events frequently such as welcome parties for incoming students, board game nights, meet 'n' greets, mehfil nights, and more.
