Yes, the University of Phoenix accepts students based on open enrolment, i.e. the university does not have any set deadlines & students can apply as they wish to at any-time during the year. The institute does not require valid SAT, ACT, GMAT or GMAT scores for admissions to its courses either.

However, English language test scores such as IELTS & TOEFL are considered & students must demonstrate a decent level of verbal & written proficiency.

The University of Phoenix offers a risk-free period programme to eligible students that gives them around three weeks to try out the university experience as part of their first credit based course, free of cost & without any debt.

The institute also refrains from including mandatory arbitration clauses as part of their admission agreements, making the institute a viable option to try out.

The University of Phoenix is not closing, however, it is phasing out all its physical campuses to remote learning. The reason being, a majority of the university's students prefer remote learning to off-line mode. The institute is planning to phase out all its campuses, once all the students enrolled there complete their respective studies.

As per data curated from an unofficial source, the institute moved all its educational programs to online format in Illinois.
