The housing policy of WBU campus states that unmarried students enrolled for 7 or more hours should live in a residence hall and take meals in the residence dining hall unless the student is a 23 years old. Students attending the classes on Plainview campus should fill out the housing application. Various dorm options are available. A housing deposit has to be paid too. Women's residence halls of the university are Ferguson Hall, Owen Hall and Davis Hall. The prices in the women's residence halls will range from USD 1,415 – USD 2,053 (Around INR 1.2 L - INR 2 L).

Wayland Baptist University Terra Scholarship is applicable for international Business students. It was established by Aubrey and Johnny Terra as a way to express their gratitude to God and to Wayland for their experiences. The scholarship assists the students with the tuition fee.
