No, UBC, is not an Ivy League institute, as it is based in Canada. The Ivy League only comprises of colleges & universities from the United States, & as a result UBC is not eligible to be considered in that group.
However, it still maintains a great academic environment, & many prominent publications, consider it a part of the "Canadian Ivys", an unofficial name given to some of the best institutions in Canada.

With a 69% acceptance rate, we conclude that Drew University is moderately competitive to get into and follows a lenient approach to select eligible candidates. Students must fulfill the basic eligibility, which includes a bachelor's degree from a recognised university or equivalent for postgraduate students, and proof of high school or Diploma completion for undergraduate. The George Mason University acceptance rate stands at 91%, that suggests the institute is selective, but only to an limited extent, & generally is very lineant at granting admissions.
The same cannot be said for Texas A&M, however, as its acceptance rate of 63%, makes it much more selective, when compared with George Mason.
Prospective students should find it relatively easier to secure admissions at GMU than doing so at Texas A&M.
