The UG applicants seeking admission to U of Houston must have passed high school with proper coursework and 3.0 GPA. An English language proficiency score is also required. Accepted tests are TOEFL / IELTS / Duolingo. Also, the submission of SAT / ACT scores is optional. For admission to PG courses, a UG degree is required. GRE / GMAT scores may also be required. The University previously used to have seven campuses: of which five were in Manchester, namely: Didsbury, Elizabeth Gaskell, Hollings, Aytoun & All Saints & two in Cheshire: Alsager & Crewe.
