There are many specialisations under the MS offered at UC Berkeley. This institution is especially known for Engineering courses and they are often the hardest to get into.
The programme named the Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences (MS in EECS) is the most challenging to get into as an Indian student.
The admissions are limited to less than 10 students per cohort.

No, as an Indian student you are not really required to submit the GRE scores for most of the MS courses at UC Berkeley. This university has moved towards the test optional policies now.
