So, yes, MSU can be considered a prestigious university because many of the courses offered at this university are ranked well by some of the top ranking bodies like QS, THE and US World and News.

MSU #YouareWelcomeHere scholarship is granted to some UG students. The value of this scholarship is USD 25,000 towards the tuition fee annually, renewable for 8 semesters. A new application is required to apply for this scholarship. Students are required to access to their application by logging into their account.
