An average Indian student can get admission into Brooklyn Law School, but they should have a competitive LSAT score and a decent academic record. Typically, Brooklyn Law School has successful applicants with an LSAT score of around 160 and a GPA of about 3.56. There are no standard cutoffs; however, these profiles are representative of the student base.

In addition to the LSAT, students must submit other things, such as undergraduate transcripts, a personal statement, letters of recommendation, and possibly a resume. Brooklyn Law School will also accept the GRE, although very few applicants use it in place of the LSAT.

Students like the small class sizes, the campus's close building organization, the great marketplace cafeteria, and the friendly students and staff. Students enjoy the close-knit environment. Graduates report a high level of confidence in finding jobs after graduation. Few negative reviews mention that there is not much of a party scene at the college, as mostly students leave for home on the weekend. There are few concerns about safety on campus.
