Yes you can get. There are only 5% seats in each branch which are fee waiver seats in every college of UPTU. To ensure the fee waiver seat you must carry your original income certificate (certificate number 12) with its online verification to the counselling center at the time of counselling. However during the admission you have to pay the full amount of fee, the institute will refund the balanced fee at time of completion of first semester.

The eligibility criteria of B.Tech Biotechnology of Shobhit Institute of Engineering and Technology Meerut is given below.
Eligibility Criteria : 10+2 with minimum 5 subjects passed with minimum 50% marks. Physics and Biology/ Biotechnology as compulsory subjects.
Admission Procedure : Students with valid scores in JEE-Main / Any State Engineering Entrance Examination are eligible for Direct Admission.
