If you are aiming for UPSC then I would suggest you to opt for DTU as ECE/EE branch in DTU is an evergreen branch with an overwhelming response from its students in innovation/placement. Also, you will get sufficient time to prepare for UPSC.

BJMC is all about how creative you are. Any topic regarding self help, current affair, etc. can be asked to write an essay about. I would suggest you to be creative enough when it comes to any random topic. However, chances of current affairs question are very rare.
All the best.

I would suggest you to take admission in Amity University as I am also a student of the same institute.
Plan your further steps and make sure you check all the possible areas that matter to you in your studies.
Ambience and exposure of both the colleges are good as well.
See the fee structure as well.

Being a more developed state, Amity University-Noida is good for exposure.
Otherwise, both the campuses are very good. According to your convenience, you can choose any one of them.
The fee structure is also slightly different. Choose wisely.
All the best.
