AGBS is not offering any graduation programmes through distance learning. Prefer IGNOU for distance programmes. All the best.

If you first want to do diploma in engineering, try in good government polytechnics in Delhi like JMI polytechnic, Pusa polytechnic, Ambedkar Polytechnic. After then, you can try for B.tech with a option of lateral entry.
Galgotia University is good for B.Tech but don't compare it with MBBS, don't compare medical colleges with B.tech colleges.
I am also giving you a list of good B.tech colleges in Delhi.
