In 2024, the closing rank for B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering was 67,631 in the General category and 12,447 in SC candidates. The closing rank for the ST category was 5,805, while for the OBC category, the cutoff was 23,859. Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya GKV does not provide 100% scholarships from the university level. However, candidates are eligible to receive state-government-based scholarships or any other sources as per student eligibility. Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya provides merit-cum-means scholarships also for students that score at least 60 percentage in their prior exams. Other than this many external scholarships with government schemes offered to eligible applicants especially SC/ST and OBC category students can avail of benefits. Yes, Quantum University in Roorkee, India is a CUET registered institution. The university accepts CUET scores for admission to undergraduate (UG) programs.
I found that they also conduct their own entrance exams for some courses. Then the selection for the admission entirely depends on entrance exam results.
They also provide scholarship based on the scores secured by the students on their cuet scores, board results and their own entrance results . Highly meritorious students get 100% scholarship on their tution fees for the first year of their studies.

IIT Roorkee accepts MBA admission based on the CAT entrance examination scores. Candidates must appear in the examination and score well to be called for interview by the institute . Selection chances increases if the candidate has a prior work experience.
Another way to get admission in MBA programme at IIT Roorkee is through JEE Advanced JoSAA counselling process but this is exclusive to the IIT graduates with a CGPA of 7 or more . Candidate will be directly called for the personal interview by the institute in this case .
